Refund and Return Policy


If the ordered item was already in stock, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or a store credit.

Returned items should be shipped back with either DHL, UPS or Fedex ONLY at customer expenses (shipping fees + import taxes).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can replace the returned item with another item already in our stock. You cannot request a customized item upon returns.

If the item is preordered or customized upon your measurements, NO return & NO refund policies apply.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, you will have to create return shipping labels, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


If the ordered item was customized upon your measurements, NO refund policy applies.

Refunds are processed in case the one or more of the following applies:

The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
The product is defective.
The product is tampered.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation and replacements

The expected time span for reporting an item, goods or services ordered to be cancelled/replaced is 7 days.

The conditions under which cancellation & replacement will be allowed:

The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
The product is defective.
